701 N. Van Buren, Bay City, Michigan
5,086 SF Theater and 2,045 SF Annex building
Previous use: Masonic Lodge, Dinner Theater, and Recording Studio
This historic building, constructed in 1911, has strong character, ample natural light, and endless use possibilities.

This building was previously used as a podcast studio, a rehearsal space, and my office (pictured). The foyer opens to the primary room, which is roughly 1,000 SF, and has amazing natural light. There's a kitchenette/dining area, large office, storage room, and full bathroom with laundry hookups.

This photo shows the auditorium prior to the Masonic Lodge painting the interior blue. As a dinner theater, the facility held 150 people for live theatrical performances. Many have asked to rent the venue for wedding receptions and private gatherings over the years. The current owners agree that the facility would make an amazing event space. Unfortunately, family commitments and careers that required working abroad made such an endeavor impractical.
